Specific Area

Additional Discounts

This is perfect if your dog only goes in a part of your yard (flower bed, back corner, etc.), or if you are only wanting the area where your kids play, a dog run, or high traffic areas cleaned. If you are wanting only a specific area of your yard cleaned please choose "specific area" and include that area description or photos of your yard in your booking additional comments and we will do that area only, and you will be charged accordingly.

Scooping Schedule

We try to keep your scooping schedule consistent by working hard to keep your cleaning on the same day of the week. While circumstances can limit that ability we do inform you if things change. We do not do time slots. We can do our best to give you a rough estimate prior to the day of, but that can change due to different circumstances. You will receive an on the way text message when our Scooper is en route with an ETA, and we will follow your preference on knocking or not.
We provide discounts for Veterans, First Responders, Teachers or staff of local ISD's, or Senior Citizen discounts! Please make sure to let us know when booking so we can apply it properly to your invoices.
Only one discount may be applied at a time per invoice.

Cancellation

Subscriptions are cancel anytime for any reason. We do need to notified in writing (text, email, mail) to ensure billing will not continue. We are glad to have had you as part of the Clean Pup Clean Up family, & will be sad to see you go but we understand circumstances change.

Grass Policy

We don't mind tall grass. We always do our best to ensure a thorough cleaning, but we can not ensure every piece will be found if grass is tall. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
